Registered users can post and respond to classifieds here FREE of charge, provided that you follow a few basic rules:

1.  Don't spam.  Post each product or service only once.  If you offer different styles of guitar lessons, for example country and blues, you can post once for each.

2.  Don't misrepresent your products or services.  That's fraud, and if you stick it to one of our users, we'll help 'em track you down.

3.  Keep your ads focused on guitar-related merchandise and services, or we'll deny your ad.

4.  All ads are reviewed, and people who repetitively break the rules will be banned from posting ads.

5.  The buyer and seller are responsible for their own transactions.  We might have an eBay-style thing in the future, where we broker the transaction for you, but for now the buyer and seller must communicate over our messaging system to get the ball rolling, and then close the transaction themselves.

6.  InfamousGuitar.com, its employees, subsidiaries, distant cousins, former schoolteachers, and children yet to be born are not responsible for your transactions, your ads, or anything that happens in the Classifieds section. 

7.  Be fair to each other.  We're all guitar players, which means most of us are sleeping on our girlfriends' parents' couches, and we don't have a lot of money.  Don't kick someone when they're down - offer a fair deal, and remember, BUYER BEWARE.
